OUR AGENCIES

The Mental Health & Recovery Services Board of Allen, Auglaize, and Hardin Counties contracts with local agencies to fund a comprehensive behavioral health continuum of care based on community needs.

If you do not qualify for Medicaid but can't afford mental health or recovery services, a sliding fee scale is available for MHRSB contracted agencies.

Local levy funds make this sliding fee scale possible.

WE CARE REGIONAL CRISIS CENTER

The Crisis Center brings together all of the services needed to provide quality crisis intervention services in a "one-stop" environment. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please do not hesitate to call 1-800-567-4673, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER

OUTPATIENT care involves health or mental health care within the community. What this generally will look like is you will go to a provider for your visit, which might include seeing a prescriber for medication, a nurse for a check-up, or another professional for counseling or help. They work with you to create your recovery plan.

INPATIENT care means you are admitted to a hospital on a doctor’s order. In general, inpatient care usually involves a short hospital stay, but can be long-term depending on what you need.

MAT MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT (MAT) is the use of FDA-approved medication, usually in combination with therapy and recovery supports, for the treatment of opioid addiction or substance use. Physicians prescribe a medication based on a patient’s specific medical needs and other factors.

MENTAL HEALTH (MH) TREATMENT is an important part of recovery for people with mental health conditions, reducing symptoms, improving functioning, and preventing relapse.

If you are in crisis call 1-800-567-HOPE (4673) or text 741 741.
